Safety, Occupational Health and Workplace Management
Safety, occupational health and the working environment are essential elements in protecting the rights and well-being of workers. The Group therefore establishes policies and guidelines covering employees, contractors and those involved in its operations, using the laws and regulatory requirements of each country, together with relevant international standards, as the framework for management.
In 2025, Charoen Pokphand Group strengthened its approach through its Occupational Safety, Health and Working Environment Policy and Guidelines, with emphasis on safety management systems, risk assessment and control, communication and capability development, performance monitoring, and the cultivation of a strong safety culture across the organization. These efforts support the Group’s goal of achieving zero work-related fatalities and lost-time injuries by 2030 and creating workplaces where everyone can work safely.
