In an ever-changing and complex political landscape, the Group is acutely aware of the potential risks associated with political involvement. Therefore, we maintain a clear stance: we do not support, fund, or engage with any political parties, candidates, or political groups in any form.

However, we do not refrain from joining, supporting, or collaborating with non-political organizations or initiatives, provided their objectives and operations align with our core principles and contribute to sustainable social development.

To ensure transparency and accountability, the Group has established a structured approach for engaging with external organizations as follows:

01
Alignment with Core Values

Before any collaboration, the Group thoroughly assesses the organization’s vision, values, and objectives to ensure they align with our commitment to sustainability, ethics, and corporate responsibility.

02
Social and Sustainability Impact

Employee Engagement

Our employees play a key role in shaping our external engagements. We encourage and support their participation in volunteer and community service activities that reflect our values.

Approach to Supporting and Collaborating with Various Sectors

Charoen Pokphand Group places importance on building collaboration with organizations and various sectors based on alignment with the Group's objectives, operating principles, and sustainability approach. Collaborations are reviewed annually to assess their appropriateness and alignment, as well as any issues that may give rise to conflicts in implementation.

If differences or misalignment are identified between the objectives of the Group and those of a partner organization, the Group will engage with the organization to establish a mutual understanding, clarify the relevant principles, goals, and expectations, and define an approach and timeframe for improving or reviewing the collaboration.

Where an organization is unable to align its actions with the mutually agreed approach within the specified timeframe, the Group will review the status of the collaboration and may terminate it if material misalignment with the Group's principles, objectives, or operating approach is identified.
