CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium
Its objectives are to promote innovation and to serve as a central venue for collecting and showcasing valuable innovations from the Group’s employees and business units worldwide, while also providing a space for knowledge exchange and for systematically strengthening cross–business group collaboration.
In addition, the CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium helps accelerate new initiatives toward practical implementation by facilitating the transfer of knowledge, research, technology, and high-potential innovations. It also offers opportunities for personnel from diverse functions to learn together and build shared inspiration. The showcased works cover key dimensions of business advancement—product and service innovation, process innovation, business model innovation, and sustainability—reflecting the role of innovation as a mechanism for creating value in both business and social/environmental terms.
Beyond fostering an internal innovation ecosystem, the CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium also serves as a space to connect innovation networks through collaboration with a wide range of partners, thereby accelerating innovation scaling and expansion across the organization and throughout the value chain. In 2025 (B.E. 2568), the Group organized the event for the 8th consecutive year under the theme “Innovate the Future for a Better Tomorrow,” reinforcing its role as a technology-driven organization, honoring outstanding innovations through the Chairman Awards, and presenting selected projects to enable tangible follow-on development and scaling.

To support this, the Group has adopted a standardized assessment framework known as the Compliance Maturity Model (CMM). The goal is for all business units to elevate their compliance management effectiveness to at least the “Competence Level,” with the majority already achieving the “Collaboration Level” or higher.
