MorDee: Smart Healthcare Platform for Accessible Medical Services
True Digital Group has developed MorDee, a smart health platform offering integrated healthcare services aimed at making medical access more convenient and equitable—especially for people in remote areas. The platform helps reduce overcrowding in healthcare facilities and increases opportunities to consult with medical specialists.
MorDee brings together over 500 doctors and specialists across 20 medical fields, offering services such as preventive healthcare, telemedicine consultations, home delivery of prescription medication, and personalized electronic health records. In partnership with Thailand’s National Health Security Office (NHSO), MorDee also offers treatment options for patients under the Universal Coverage Scheme (Gold Card), covering 42 disease groups/symptoms, and integrates with health insurance providers for cashless medical claims.
To date, MorDee has been downloaded over 464,000 times, with more than 200,000 registered users, reflecting strong user confidence and consistent engagement. In 2024, the platform was honored with the National Innovation Award in the Social and Environmental category, recognizing its practical application and measurable positive impact on society.
