Additionally, we encourage employees to foster creativity through competitions and innovation sharing platforms at both the business group and corporate levels, with the aim of enhancing work efficiency and creating quality outcomes to deliver to customers.
Innovation Committee
Throughout the Charoen Pokphand Group’s operations, the Group has placed strong emphasis on innovation development, as the Group believes that innovation is a key enabler that not only supports the Group’s vision to be a leader in technology and innovation to improve well-being for all, but also fosters collaboration across sectors, both within and outside the organization, in creating new products and services. These innovations respond to the diverse needs of stakeholders, support environmental protection, and drive the organization’s sustainable growth.
To ensure that innovation development is carried out effectively and is able to consistently deliver shared and sustainable value to stakeholders, Charoen Pokphand Group has appointed an Innovation Committee to define strategies and drive the Group’s innovation direction in a coherent and aligned manner. The Innovation Committee comprises executives from various business units with knowledge, capabilities, and experience in different innovation fields, serving as a key driving force to continuously advance the research, development, and creation of new innovations.
