CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025 Concludes with Resounding Success, Reaffirming Vision as a Tech-Driven Company and Showcasing Six Final Pitching Teams Inspiring Growth into the Group’s Second Century

Bangkok – September 21, 2025 – The curtain fell on the final day of the “CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025,” which exceeded expectations and proved to be a global innovation stage uniting innovators and partners from around the world. The event conveyed the power of creativity and advanced technologies, underscoring CP Group’s entry into its second century as a Tech-Driven Company determined to lead business, the economy, and Thai society toward sustainability while standing tall on the global stage. The closing ceremony was graced by Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman, together with Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, Founder of MQDC, Dr. Natthavat Ahriyavraromp, Founder and Chairman of T&B Media Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mr. Prasit Boondoungprasert, Chief Executive Officer of CPF, Ms. Pattanee Leksrisompong, Chief Executive of CP Animal Feed Business, and Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyuth, Chief Data and Communications Officer of CP Group. They, along with senior executives, witnessed and celebrated the event’s success in an atmosphere filled with excitement and inspiration, while also encouraging innovators and visiting the innovation showcases.

The closing ceremony was held with dignity and energy, honoring the 82 Chairman Award-winning innovations. These works were lauded by the Senior Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer as powerful symbols of CP’s “Innovation Culture.” This recognition not only affirmed the value of the innovators but also reflected CP’s determination to sustain and expand the power of creativity as the foundation for driving the organization, the nation, and society toward a sustainable future.

Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyuth, Chief Sustainability and Strategy Development Officer of CP Group, serving as Vice Chairman of the organizing committee, reported that this year saw 3,044 innovation entries from employees worldwide, representing an economic value of more than THB 47 billion. Of these, 216 projects were selected for exhibition, spanning products and services, processes, business models, and sustainability. The event attracted nearly 50,000 participants.

The atmosphere on the final day was especially vibrant with the “CP Innovation Pitching 2025 Final Round,” a competition that showcased CP employees’ business ideas. Six finalist teams were selected from over 3,000 entries, representing three key innovation clusters: AI, Blockchain & Digital Media; IoT, Automation & Robotics; and Biotech, Genetics & Food Tech. These teams presented their innovations before executives with real opportunities for investment and scaling.

The six finalist teams came from across CP companies, including CPF, CP ALL, CP AXTRA, and True. The presentations were supported by a panel of Innovation Sponsors such as Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of CP Group; Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Chief Executive Officer; Prof. Dr. Vilit Phurisrichankul, President of Chulalongkorn University; Mr. Prasit Boondoungprasert, CEO of CPF; Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyuth, Chief Data and Communications Officer of CP Group; Mr. Peerapong Krinchai, Chief Engineering Officer of CPF; Mr. Wichai Chancharoenchai, Managing Director of CP ALL; and Ms. Rataya Ngernbumrung, Chief Financial, Accounting and Investment Officer (Wholesale Business), CP AXTRA.They were joined by distinguished experts serving as Commentators & Advisors, including Prof. Dr. Vilit Phurisrichankul of Chulalongkorn University; Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyuth of CP Group; Mr. Methee Winitbutr, Executive Vice President of CP Group; and Dr. Yue Jun Jiang, Chief Technical Officer of True Corporation. The competition was lively, inspirational, and, most importantly, all six teams received budgetary support to develop their projects further—demonstrating that when “good ideas” are matched with “serious investment,” real transformative results can be achieved.
