“CP” Opens Grand “CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025” Bringing Together Thai and International Partners to Build an Innovation Network for Its Second Century, Presenting Chairman Awards to 82 Outstanding Innovations, and Showcasing Cutting-Edge AI and Robotics in Thailand for the First Time

Bangkok – September 18, 2025 – Charoen Pokphand Group (CP) officially opened the “CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025” at True Digital Park, Bangkok, under the concept “Innovate the Future for a Better Tomorrow.” The event reinforces CP’s role as a Tech-Driven Company committed to driving business, the Thai economy, and society toward a sustainable future. This year marks the 8th edition of the event, with employees from business units worldwide submitting more than 3,000 innovation projects, representing an economic value of over THB 40 billion. More than 200 selected projects were showcased, covering four main categories: products and services, processes, business models, and sustainability. These projects include both proof-of-concept prototypes and innovations ready for scaling and commercialization. In addition, Chairman Awards were presented to honor 82 innovative projects from across the Group, reflecting the strength of over 500,000 CP innovators worldwide who are shaping the future. The event also included signing ceremonies with domestic and international partners to advance innovation excellence.

Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Chief Executive Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group, stated: “Innovation is the creation of something new and better, and it is one of CP’s core values. Driving organizations and society forward sustainably requires innovation paired with integrity. Success does not happen overnight; it comes from learning from failures and the persistence to keep creating new solutions.”
The CEO further added: “AI is the future and will be a vital enabler of innovation, benefiting not only businesses and industries but also consumers, society, and the environment. This is why CP invests in building a comprehensive innovation ecosystem, including data centers, cloud infrastructure, and AI labs, as well as the development of True Digital Park, Cloud 11, and a new project on Sukhumvit 50 to establish an Innovation District that elevates Thailand as a regional innovation hub.”
He emphasized that: “True innovation comes from continuous progress, from learning through failure, and from cultivating a culture where everyone dares to try, to think, and to create. Even if some projects do not receive awards, every effort is a foundation of knowledge that will lead to greater innovations in the future.”

At the CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025, the Chairman Awards were presented to outstanding innovators whose projects reached the final round: CP Group Co., Ltd. – 2 awards, Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF) – 38 awards, CP ALL PCL – 17 awards, CP AXTRA PCL – 3 awards, True Corporation PCL – 5 awards, Chia Tai Co., Ltd. – 2 awards, Integrated Crop, Rice, Transport and Service Business (CPCRT) – 1 award, Perfect Companion Group Co., Ltd. (PCG) – 1 award, CP Group China – 13 awards, CP Group Vietnam – 1 award. A total of 82 awards


The event also hosted the Signing Ceremony for Innovation Network Collaboration, with nearly 30 leading Thai and international partners from both public and private sectors, including Alltech, Novonesis, IBM Thailand, Tencent Cloud, Unitree Robotics, Galaxy Space, ZTE Thailand, Huawei Thailand, Xi Xiang, Qiao Yin Group, Clobotics, AlgoSynth, Tcab Tech, Salus Biomed & GibThai, Muhdo Health, World Tech Enterprise, Lifomics, Cloudpick, Nuralogix, TechShake, Yawin, Shanghai Zixing Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Beartai (BT), Techsauce, National Innovation Agency (NIA), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research, and Innovation (PMU), and Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA). The ceremony also involved leading Thai and international universities and research institutes, including Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, Kasetsart University, and Harbour.Space at University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. This marked the creation of an innovation network spanning organizational, national, and global levels.

Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyuth, Chief Sustainability and Strategy Development Officer of CP Group, reported during the signing ceremony: “This collaboration is not merely ceremonial; it represents a collective effort to create a complete innovation ecosystem, extending research, supporting startups and spin-offs, and creating new S-Curves that will enhance Thailand’s technological competitiveness on the global stage. At the foundation is the CP Center of Excellence (CoE), serving as a research and development base in three key areas: 1. Bio-Tech Lab, 2. Digital & AI Lab, and 3. Data Center & Cloud CoE.”

The CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2025 also serves as a major platform for inspiration, featuring more than 30 symposium sessions with over 60 distinguished leaders and technology experts from global organizations such as Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Huawei, Tencent, ByteDance, McKinsey & Company, academics from MIT, and senior executives from Thailand. The sessions address vital topics including AI, robotics, green technology, and biotechnology, all of which are key drivers of the global economy in the next century.
The event also showcased a Technology Showcase with one of the largest gatherings of AI and robotics technologies ever seen in Thailand, including humanoid robots, robotic dogs, a robot boxing demonstration from Unitree, an “AI and Robot Kitchen” demonstration by Xi Xiang, and an autonomous passenger drone from Tcab Tech. These showcases amazed attendees and reflected CP’s vision of connecting the future with real life.
