The Faculty of Agriculture, National University of Lao PDR and C.P.Laos Co.,Ltd have jointly organized an agricultural education project. By focusing on learners to perform agricultural occupations by using the principle of "learning theory to practice" and using the operating system for recording, reporting, analysis, synthesis and self-development. To enable students to “think, act and solve problems as for students to learn to practice. This is a collaboration between the company and the university.

It is a cooperation from three agencies:

1. The government will act to coordinate Educational institutions in the project and provide guidance in the project area.
2. Educational institutions are responsible for determining project areas and assigning responsible persons
3. The company will support the improvement of housing animal support and academic support, internships
