"Dhanin Chearavanont" Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. along with Supakit Chearavanont, Chairman, and Suphachai Chearavanont, Chief Executive Officer, and Tanit Chearavanont, senior director Overseas Business Development Department and coordinate the business of the Charoen Pokphand Group Siam Makro Plc. joined together in this project C.P. for good deeds. September 16, which the United Nations has designated every year as World Ozone Day to make all countries around the world aware of environmental problems by helping to protect the ozone layer. C.P. Group has joined the campaign by organizing tree planting activities to reduce global warming and return ozone to the atmosphere through the “CP Roi Save the World” project at the Leadership Institute, Charoen Pokphand Group, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It was considered a pilot model for the policy to reduce global warming by planting 10 million trees by 2030 in line with the sustainable development goals of the Charoen Pokphand Group Aiming to be a net zero carbon emissions organization (Zero Carbon) by all business units within C.P. Group such as Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL. or CPF, CP All PCL., True Corporation Plc. Ek-Chai Distribution System or Lotus, Siam Makro Public Company Limited, etc., must take part in helping to reduce global warming by planting perennial trees in the areas of the company, factories, as well as in various communities across the country to meet the specified goals.

"Dhanin Chearavanont" Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. said that C.P. Group is committed to run the business operation under sustainable development and most importantly, the policy of planting 10 million trees by 2030 must be driven, in which 450,000 of executives and employees in all business units, both domestically and internationally, must be a key force in achieving the goal of becoming a Net Zero Carbon Emission Organization (Zero Carbon). This tree planting activity was considered the project that created value and benefit to society and the world. Starting this project as the pilot model for all business units in C.P. Group showed that C.P. Group is committed to sustainable business operation by concerning about the environment. The trees planted in this project were part of support we gave to those farmers who were affected by this Covid-19 epidemic to gerenate income during this difficult time.

For the seedlings in the CP Roi Save the World project, consist of 1. Economic forest plants, including red trees, saplings, wild padauk trees, maca mong trees, rosewood trees, golden teak trees, phayom trees, Yangna trees, red sedge trees, and cannabis trees. 3. Mangrove forests, including mangroves, Lamphu, astringent / astringent, and 4. Edible fruit trees: mango (Nam Dok Mai), Kluai Nam Wa, jackfruit, guava, durian, and coconut.
