January 29, 2018, Bangkok – Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. (C.P. Group) announces the appointment of Mr. Kulshaan Singh as Co-Chief People Officer (“Co-CPO”). Mr Singh, who joined the Group at the end of 2017, will be responsible for building and managing C.P. Group’s global employer brand as well as developing a strategy to build a world-class human resources (HR) functions across the Group. Mr. Singh will work closely with Dr.Naris Thamkuekool, Co-CPO at C.P. Group, to oversee execution of strategies to attract, motivate and retain talents at C.P. Group. He will report directly to Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Chief Executive Officer of C.P. Group and will work closely with Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont the Group’s Senior Chairman on identifying, attracting and developing the future leaders of C.P. Group from a global talent pool.
Mr. Singh has had 20 years of global experience in the Professional Services and Management Consulting Industry with expertise in Talent & Leadership Development, Organization Change & HR Transformation, Employee Engagement and Performance and Talent Management. He has had experiences working with people across the globe and has lived in Thailand, Malaysia, India and Singapore. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Mercer Singapore, and before that, Managing Director of Aon Hewitt Southeast Asia. Mr. Singh obtained an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI School of Management Jamshedpur, India. Mr. Singh is a Singapore national and will be based in the C.P. Group headquarter in Bangkok. He has been closely associated with Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University since 2002, as adjunct faculty.
